2016: Refurbishment and Sale of Asus Notebooks

Project: Refurbishment and sale of 5,000 outdated Asus notebooks in Australia.

Challenge: The notebooks were outdated models that had been rejected by the market.

Solution: Hungsway Pty Ltd refurbished the units, bringing them up to a standard suitable for resale.

Outcome: The refurbished notebooks were successfully sold, with satisfied figure. The project was completed with a high level of customer satisfaction.


2019: Salvage Sale for Alita Mineral Limited

Project: Sale of 26,000 tons of Lithium spodumene for Alita Mineral Limited.

Challenge: Alita Mineral Limited was subject to a deed of company agreement, requiring the sale of assets under Australian court orders.

Solution: Hungsway Pty Ltd worked closely with the administrator and negotiated agreements with 20 creditors, including SMS Mining Group.

Outcome: The successful sale of 26,000 tons of Lithium spodumene with best market price at market price , help and assist the logistics and transport . The project was concluded in July 2020.

2022/23: Salvage value of 200 tons water damaged catalyst.

Project : Hungsway Pty Ltd was tasked with maximizing the salvage value of 200 tons of brand-new catalyst that had suffered water damage in Taiwan.

Challenge : The project involved collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including the catalyst manufacturer, an insurance company, and the consignee. The goal was to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved, despite the challenges posed by the damage and the complexities of international logistics/Environmental laws and regulations.

Outcome: Hungsway successfully navigated the intricate dynamics between the manufacturer, the insurance company, and the consignee, leveraging its expertise to secure the highest possible salvage value for the damaged catalyst. The team’s strategic approach and effective communication led to a resolution that satisfied all parties. The case was closed in 2023, marking a successful outcome in a challenging situation.
